4 T. butter
4 T. brown sugar
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate premium baking bar, broken into very small pieces
9 large marshmallows, halved across the width
Preheat oven to 375 F. Melt butter in a 1 pt oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the melted butter. Next, layer banana slices evenly and then the chocolate. Top with marshmallow halves. There should be enough halves to cover dish in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 10 – 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly before spooning the warm mixture onto your favorite brand of vanilla ice cream.
